Daily skincare routine (outline)
1.Cleanse your skin. Wash your hands before, use a cleanser of your choice and massage over your face, in one motion and the other. Use your palms on large surface areas, and fingers in the small crevices. ( Exfoliate 2x a week, don’t add additional pressure)
2. Toner. Either use your hands and pat into your face, or use a cotton pad and gently swipe over your face. Toner helps balance your skins PH levels.
3. Serum. Serum regenerates your skin, so squeeze a bit onto your hands and pat/rub onto your face.
4. Spot treatment. Use your choice of spot treatment on your acne, and go to sleep! Overnight, the product will seep into your pimples and destroy bacteria.
Additional tips!
-don’t touch your face! Your hands are quite dirty :(
-eat healthy! Nourish yourself from the inside-out
-sun protection! The sun damages your skin cells
-drink water, focus on hydration, no matter how oily your skin is!
good luck!
